A small town Sheriff deals with his troubled relationship with his teenage daughter, Government Agents, and something in the woods. After the death of his wife Sheriff Adam Front left the Los Angels Police Department for the small mountain community of Lumberton Lake. His Hope was that moving with his daughter to a quiet small town would help to heal not only the wounds of their loss but their relationship as well. Several months later his daughter still hates him. To make matters worse two locals have just been killed in their home by what appears to be some kind of animal.
